This page is a starting template, written to cover the basics for a Dublin-based services agency. It hasn't been reviewed by a solicitor. Have one confirm it meets Irish and EU requirements for your business before relying on it.
Who we are
Reeech (“we”, “us”) is a marketing agency based in Dublin, Ireland. This policy explains what personal data we collect through reeech.io, why, and what rights you have over it. We are the data controller for the data described here.
What we collect
Right now, the only personal data this site collects is what you give us directly:
- Your name, email address, company name (optional) and message, when you submit the contact form.
- A single browser preference (light or dark theme), stored locally in your browser, not sent to us.
- Your cookie-consent choice, stored the same way.
We don't run analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on this site today. See our Cookies policy for the current, honest state of that, and how we'll update this policy if that changes.
How we use it
Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your enquiry, and are sent directly to our inbox. We don't add you to a mailing list or share your details with third parties without asking first. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you've initiated, or performance of a contract once we're working together.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if we start working together, for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal purposes. If you ask us to delete your details and we have no ongoing legal reason to keep them, we will.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you can ask us to:
- Confirm what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your data, where we have no legal reason to keep it.
- Restrict or object to how we use it.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
To exercise any of these, email hello@reeech.io. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission (DPC), Ireland's supervisory authority, at dataprotection.ie.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect or how we use it changes, meaningfully, e.g. we add analytics or a mailing list, we'll update this page and the “last updated” date above.
