This site is provided by Reeech, a marketing agency based in Dublin, Ireland. By using it, you agree to these terms. The content here, copy, design, case studies, is our own work unless stated otherwise, and shouldn't be reproduced without asking first.

No guarantee of results

General information on this site, service descriptions, process explanations, research summaries, is for information only, not a guarantee of any specific outcome for your business. Actual results from any engagement depend on the scope agreed and factors outside our control.

Client engagements

Paid work, retainers, projects or one-off engagements, is governed by the specific proposal, quote or statement of work agreed with you directly, not by this page. Where the two conflict, the signed agreement takes precedence. In general:

• Scope, timeline and fees are set out in writing before work starts.
• Retainers renew on a rolling monthly basis unless the agreement says otherwise.
• Either party can end a retainer with the notice period stated in the agreement, typically 30 days.
• Work already delivered is payable regardless of how the engagement ends.

Intellectual property

Once an engagement is paid in full, deliverables created specifically for you, brand assets, website code, campaign creative, transfer to you as agreed in the engagement terms. Our own tools, frameworks and pre-existing material stay ours.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it, for example for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Beyond that, our liability for any claim relating to an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the preceding 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
