Refund policy

Services, not products

Reeech sells marketing services, retainers, projects and one-off engagements, not physical or digital products, so a conventional e-commerce refund policy doesn't quite apply. This page explains how cancellations and refunds work instead.

Retainers

• You can cancel a monthly retainer any time with the notice period set out in your agreement, typically 30 days.
• Work already delivered within the current billing period is payable in full.
• We don't refund the unused portion of a month once work has started on it, in the same way a staff member's salary isn't pro-rated back once the month is under way.

Fixed-scope projects

• Projects billed in stages, e.g. deposit, midpoint, completion, are refundable for any stage not yet started.
• Once work on a stage has begun, that stage is payable regardless of whether the project is later cancelled, reflecting the time already spent.
• If we fail to deliver what was agreed in the scope, and can't put it right within a reasonable time, you're entitled to a refund for the affected portion of the work.

Third-party costs

Ad spend, software licences, or other costs paid on your behalf are never refundable by us, they're passed through at cost and controlled by the third party's own terms.
