38% of Irish businesses operate without a structured digital marketing plan. That's not a niche problem, it's a huge share of the market, and it means a lot of prospective clients don't yet know which service line they actually need. So before we scope anything, we run what we call a Signal Check.
It's a short audit of what's already running: the current site, whatever paid media is live, organic search visibility, existing content, and whatever reporting already exists. The goal isn't to find fault for its own sake. It's to find the two or three things that would move the needle fastest, and say so plainly, even when the honest answer is a smaller scope than we'd like to sell.
We don't charge for it, and we don't require a signed retainer to run one. Partly that's a founder-led-agency luxury we intend to keep for as long as we can. Mostly it's because a scope built on a guess is worse for everyone than a smaller scope built on evidence.
What comes out the other side is a short, specific plan: a target, a budget range, and a timeline, agreed before any work starts. If the honest recommendation is one service line rather than five, that's what we'll say. The AI and data analytics practice that measures everything downstream starts here too, this is where the baseline gets set.
If you want to know where your own signal is weak, that first call is free and comes with no deck. Bring your current numbers.
